Traders are welcome to stop briefly to unload stock and equipment. However, vehicles must not be left unattended at any time while unloading. If you do not have a parking pass, you may not park here.
Arriving by Rail / Tube
Canada Water Market is conveniently located just outside Canada Water Station, served by the Jubilee Line and London Overground, making it easy for traders travelling in from across London and the South East. Several bus routes also serve the area.
SET UP TIMES
09:00am
Unload! You have two hours for all loading and setting up. Everyone trading at this event will have a 3x3m structure to set up within.
10:30am
Cut off arrival time for traders. It’s not enough time to get your stall set up before the fair opens*
11:00am
Doors open to customers.
Take lots of photos, and tag @thecraftandflea if you can!
5:00pm
Close of event. Traders must not start packing away before this time.
6:00pm
Exit time.
If you are trading with us on both days, you must pack down between each day - no goods can be left outside.
You may be able to leave stock in the CornerCorner building - please email us to request this.
Traders must be ready by opening time and not start packing away until closing time. It makes the whole event seem unprofessional and isn’t fair on customers. If the event isn't set up on time, we can’t open as it contravenes our risk assessment and voids our insurance.
WHAT TO BRING
As this event is outside along the dock, there is no power or wifi access. If you need power, make sure to bring a charged power bank with you.
You can bring tablecloths, mirrors, banners, flyers and business cards. Every item must be labelled with the price. Have a safe place to keep your valuables and money, preferably on your person.
Please bring your own chair as these are not provided.
Please only bring the products as you have described in the application form. Stallholders may not bring different items unless they have received approval from the Craft & Flea team.
We do not allow: real fur; mass produced items; or items that may be seen as offensive.
LOADING

Our stalls will run along in front of the Paddle court and Dock X, while on Saturday our friends at Midcentury Market will be holding their furniture fair inside Corner Corner.

If you are allocated a stall on the bottom right, you may find it easier to load in from the Surrey Quays car park behind the Paddel courts on Deal Porter's Way.

YOUR PITCH
Tables are provided at this event, along with a 3mx3m structure or commercial gazebo to set up your stall within.
They will be assigned randomly; the venue will have a mix of both.
Chairs are not included with the pitch, and you must be self sufficient in terms of power & internet connection
FLOORPLAN
The floor plan will be sent out on the Thursday or Friday before the event. If you don’t receive the floor plan, don’t worry – the event manager will be able to direct anyone who is unsure of location.
The floor plan is subject to change on the day. Stallholders cannot request specific locations – we rotate the floor plan in the interest of fairness to everyone.
PUBLIC LIABILITY & RISK ASSESSMENT
We need copies on file of your public liability insurance and risk assessments ahead of the event. If you need elp with your risk assessment, please reach out to us for a template.
You will not be able to trade on the day if you have not sent these to the office.
Food and drink sellers must also provide their food hygiene certificates, and display allergen information on their stall at the event.
PARKING
Parking onsite is limited - please do not leave your car at Dock X if you have not requested a space ahead of the event.
Surrey Quays car park is also available for free parking up to 3 hours.

As always, the event has been heavily advertised but we always appreciate any extra promotion, particularly on social media. Please tag us in any posts that you share about the event and we will repost where possible.
