Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets at craftandflea.eventbrite.com OR with us on the door via cash or card.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are £2.50 with under 12s free and no ticket needed.

Ticket prices in Oxford, Guildford, Walthamstow & Edinburgh are slightly more due to the cost of running these events being significantly more.

I can’t find my QR code, what do I do?

Not to worry! Just let the steward know and we will be able search for your name and find your tickets. 

Do I need a ticket for an under 12?

Under 12’s are free and do not require a ticket. 

Can I have a refund if I don’t go?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you can’t attend the event.

Are tickets transferrable? 

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferrable.

Can I sell my ticket?

Unfortunately, you cannot sell your ticket on if you are unable to come. 

I don’t have PayPal can I still purchase a ticket? 

Of course! There is the option to pay by PayPal or pay by card. You will just need to type in your card details!

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive any time within your time slot! If you are to longer able to come at that time slot, pop us over a message to let us know and we can sort it for you.

The time I want to arrive is sold out. Can I still come?

Yes, of course! 

We have on the day tickets available to purchase, however priority will always be given to pre-booked ticket holders.

 We do need to monitor numbers within the venue to ensure customer, trader and staff safety, so if the event is at capacity when you arrive we will need to work on a one-in-one-out so please be mindful you may have to wait outside until there is space inside the event.

Will there be a queue? How long will I have to wait for entry?

There may be a queue at the beginning of your allotted time but the stewards will get everyone through the door as quickly and safely as possible. If the venue is at full capacity when you arrive then you will need to wait outside, the expected wait time is between 5 – 15 minutes. 

Can I purchase a ticket with cash?

Yes absolutely!
